1. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both in and outside the boutique.
3. Proactively develop new and existing clientele, focusing on high-value and bespoke sales.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
5. Assist clients with pre- and post-sale customer service needs.
6. Ensure compliance with security and operational policies and procedures.
7. Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
8. Assist with merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
9. Support in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.

1. College degree preferred.
2. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
3. General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
2. Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
3. Additional language skills are advantageous.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
6. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
7. Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments is required.

College degree preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
