Vacheron Constantin Client Advisor

- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience in-store.
- Assist in planning, supporting, and participating in both in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
- Accurately capture and utilize client data for relationship building and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Master key moments of the sales process and handle negotiations and objections effectively.
- Provide after-sales support in line with Maison values, offering recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating with passion about the Maison's values, codes, and history.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Maison collections and adapt the approach to promote the uniqueness of the timepieces.
- Comply with all operational policies and procedures of the Group, Maison, and boutique.
- Assist with daily operations, including inventory, merchandising, and special projects.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
- General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
College degree preferred.
Expected salary range: $25-$28 hourly. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
