1. Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience in-store.
2. Assist in planning, supporting, and participating in both in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
3. Accurately capture and utilize client data for relationship building and follow-up.
4. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
5. Master key moments of the sales process and handle negotiations and objections effectively.
6. Provide after-sales support in line with Maison values, offering recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
7. Act as a brand ambassador, communicating with passion about the Maison's values, codes, and history.
8. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Maison collections and adapt the approach to promote the uniqueness of the timepieces.
9. Comply with all operational policies and procedures of the Group, Maison, and boutique.
10. Assist with daily operations, including inventory, merchandising, and special projects.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
2. General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
2. Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
5. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
6. Additional language skills are a plus.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.

College degree preferred.

Expected salary range: $25-$28 hourly. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
