1. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets as directed by management.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
3. Proactively develop a client portfolio, focusing on high-value and bespoke sales, particularly with Les Cabinotiers clientele.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.
5. Assist clients with customer service needs, both pre- and post-sale.
6. Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
7. Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and inventory management.
8. Engage in Maison-specific CRM initiatives and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
9. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
10. Collaborate with management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.

1. College degree preferred

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
2. Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.
3. Additional language skills are advantageous.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
7. Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in a luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment, with a general knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.

College degree preferred

Expected salary range: $25 - $28 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
