- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets as directed by management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
- Proactively develop a client portfolio, focusing on high-value and bespoke sales, particularly with Les Cabinotiers clientele.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.
- Assist clients with customer service needs, both pre- and post-sale.
- Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Engage in Maison-specific CRM initiatives and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.
- College degree preferred
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in a luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment, with a general knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
College degree preferred
Expected salary range: $25 - $28 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
