1. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets as directed by management.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
3. Proactively develop a client portfolio, focusing on high-value and bespoke sales.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.
5. Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales.
6. Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies and procedures.
7. Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
8. Assist with boutique operations, including merchandising and maintenance.

1. College degree preferred.

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in computer skills, SAP exposure is a plus.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
5. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
6. Additional language skills are a plus.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment. General knowledge and interest in timepiece movements.

College degree preferred.

Expected salary range: $23 - $28 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
