1. Develop strong sales turnover for the boutique in alignment with store strategy and meet turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager.
2. Adhere to discount policies and achieve key performance indicators.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients warmly and adapting service style to meet individual client needs.
4. Build long-term relationships with clients through proactive client recruitment and database enrichment.
5. Manage customer service cases according to Maison’s standards and communicate issues to the Boutique Manager.
6. Participate in inventory management, ensuring products are correctly handled, priced, and emphasized according to boutique priorities.

1. Experience in retail or service within the luxury sector, particularly in sales and customer service.
2. Demonstrated passion for service and client orientation.
3. Knowledge of the local market, including awareness of competitors and clients.

1. Strong sales-driven mindset with a positive attitude and team player mentality.
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
3. Reliability, independence, and social aptitude.
4. Proficiency in English, with Mandarin as a desirable additional language.
5. General IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP.

Experience in a similar position within the luxury retail or service sector, focusing on sales and customer service.

Appropriate educational background, SPM onwards.
