3. Develop and monitor retail dashboards, analyze KPIs, and drive commercial strategies to enhance business impact.
4. Manage multiple projects from concept to successful execution.
5. Enhance retail operations and store efficiency through new retail initiatives.
6. Foster collaboration with sales teams, conducting regular store visits to assess and improve operational performance.
7. Implement operational guidelines, address challenges proactively, and ensure seamless in-store execution.
8. Lead the rollout of retail initiatives, establishing best practices and driving continuous improvement.

1. 5+ years of experience in the luxury sector, ideally in Retail or Supply Chain roles.

2. Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
3. Numerical proficiency.
4. Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Japanese.
5. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

A minimum of five years in the luxury sector, with a focus on Retail or Supply Chain roles, is required.
