- Develop and implement strategic plans encompassing Brand Strategy, Sales, Distribution, Marketing & Communications, Stock & Supply Management, and Clienteling & Customer Services.
- Drive profitable and sustainable performance across Retail and Wholesale distribution channels, nurturing the success of partner-operated boutiques.
- Champion a client-focused approach to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and enhance the client experience.
- Build brand awareness, reputation, and signature identity through consistent and impactful representation across all touchpoints.
- Foster an environment of trust and inspiration, enabling team members to thrive and reach their full potential.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative, and cross-functional relationships across geographies and offices.
- 10+ years of proven experience in commercial retail leadership, ideally within luxury, fine watchmaking, or hospitality.
- Deep understanding of the luxury consumer and the drivers of their engagement and loyalty.
- Experience in retail and operational management of a country organization, including people, sales and business development, retail and client experience, marketing and communications, operations, and finance with full budget and P&L responsibility.
- Strategic thinking and leadership with excellent business acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to change.
- Emotional intelligence and humility in leadership, with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
10+ years in commercial retail leadership, ideally within luxury, fine watchmaking, or hospitality.
University graduate with a degree from a recognized Business School; an MBA or Executive Master’s program is preferred.
