1. Support the Boutique Manager in creating a memorable client and employee experience.
2. Contribute to brand reputation and desirability through external networking activities.
3. Monitor local business environment and competitor activities.
4. Drive and oversee CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique team.
5. Develop individual client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
6. Achieve sales targets and recommend appropriate actions to enhance performance.
7. Support overall boutique operations and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
8. Manage inventory to prevent stock losses and maintain stock integrity.
9. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with global standards.
10. Resolve customer issues by identifying optimal solutions.
11. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the brand's image and values.
12. Foster a positive team environment and identify training needs.
13. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and procedures.

1. 6 years of experience in the luxury industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
2. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and lead projects independently.
4. Autonomous with analytical skills.
5. Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

A minimum of 6 years in the luxury industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within retail or hospitality.
