1. Provide immediate and detailed analysis for watch repairs at the New York Boutique, ensuring seamless service delivery.
2. Diagnose and communicate service needs for watches, clocks, and accessories, considering product history, warranty, and physical condition.
3. Maintain and organize the workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are calibrated and in optimal condition.
4. Conduct routine testing of technical skills, including evaluation, practical training, and quality control interpretations.
5. Communicate effectively with boutique personnel, managers, sales associates, and clients regarding service plans and feedback.
6. Participate in Maison-sponsored events such as masterclasses, product launches, and VIP events.
7. Engage in brand training sessions to stay updated on brand objectives, policies, and technical evolutions.

1. Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent validated abilities.
2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, preferably within a retail or luxury brand environment.

1. Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of SAP preferred.
2. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

A minimum of 5-10 years in watchmaking, with a preference for experience in luxury brands and retail environments. Proven ability to repair complex watch calibers and complications is essential.

Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification.

$90,000 - $120,000
