- Provide immediate and detailed analysis for watch repairs at the New York Boutique, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Diagnose and communicate service needs for watches, clocks, and accessories, considering product history, warranty, and physical condition.
- Maintain and organize the workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are calibrated and in optimal condition.
- Conduct routine testing of technical skills, including evaluation, practical training, and quality control interpretations.
- Communicate effectively with boutique personnel, managers, sales associates, and clients regarding service plans and feedback.
- Participate in Maison-sponsored events such as masterclasses, product launches, and VIP events.
- Engage in brand training sessions to stay updated on brand objectives, policies, and technical evolutions.
- Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent validated abilities.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, preferably within a retail or luxury brand environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification.
$90,000 - $120,000
