- Provide immediate service and detailed analysis for clients at the Beverly Hills Boutique, ensuring seamless processing of repairs and services.
- Diagnose and evaluate watches, clocks, and accessories, including quartz, mechanical, automatic, chronographs, and complications.
- Communicate precise and concise evaluations to clients or sales associates, considering product history, previous services, warranty, and functionality.
- Maintain and organize the workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are calibrated, maintained, and accessible, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Participate in routine testing of technical skills, including evaluation, practical training, and quality control interpretations.
- Communicate effectively with boutique personnel, managers, sales associates, and clients, providing feedback on quality issues during repair processes.
- Engage in Maison-sponsored events and brand training sessions to stay updated on brand objectives, policies, and technical evolutions.
- Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or validated abilities through an RNA exam.
- Authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking is preferred, with retail and luxury brand experience considered advantageous. The ability to repair higher complications and calibers is required.
Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification
Salary will be negotiated based on skills and experience, with a range of $90,000 - $120,000.
