1. Drive boutique sales and enhance performance metrics.
2. Lead customer relationship management and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Plan and execute marketing and event activities for the boutique.
4. Manage team development and oversee personnel management.
5. Supervise boutique reporting and operational functions.

1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. 7+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in watches or high-value luxury products.

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
2. Knowledge of the local market.
3. Proficiency in computer skills; SAP experience is advantageous.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
6. Self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
7. Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

A minimum of 7 years in a management position, with a preference for experience in the luxury watch or high-value product sector.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Expected salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, negotiable based on skills and experience.
