- Drive boutique sales and enhance performance metrics.
- Lead customer relationship management and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Plan and execute marketing and event activities for the boutique.
- Manage team development and oversee personnel management.
- Supervise boutique reporting and operational functions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in watches or high-value luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Proficiency in computer skills; SAP experience is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
A minimum of 7 years in a management position, with a preference for experience in the luxury watch or high-value product sector.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Expected salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, negotiable based on skills and experience.
