Vacheron Constantin Boutique Manager

- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets as directed by management.
- Develop dynamic annual action plans to meet Maison, boutique, and category sales targets, adjusting as necessary.
- Monitor boutique KPIs and devise strategies to optimize performance and profitability.
- Set, monitor, and track individual sales targets for associates, providing feedback as needed.
- Deliver exceptional client service to support sales growth and resolve escalated client issues.
- Develop and manage new business development ideas through networking and event planning.
- Create and manage boutique events with HQ support to attract new clients and enhance brand presence.
- Recruit and build a talent pipeline, motivating and supporting staff to achieve performance goals.
- Oversee performance and compensation management processes, ensuring people development and engagement.
- Ensure adherence to all Maison and Group policies and procedures.
- Support annual store inventories and audits as required.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports, providing strategic analysis and action plans.
- Manage T&E and all boutique expenses, addressing maintenance to meet brand standards.
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of management experience in luxury product sales.
- Experience with PR events and networking strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and computer skills.
- Experience with SAP desired.
- Additional language skills a plus.
- Ability to motivate, cultivate, and develop a team.
