1. Oversee the comprehensive management of the boutique, ensuring seamless operations both front and back office.
2. Maintain the boutique's pristine condition and uphold brand standards.
3. Develop and implement strategies to minimize employee turnover.
4. Lead the recruitment, training, evaluation, and coaching of store employees.
5. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and gross margin objectives.
6. Monitor and control discounts to optimize profitability.
7. Analyze store performance and propose necessary actions for improvement.
8. Cultivate strong customer relationships and loyalty through exemplary CRM practices.
9. Expand and manage the customer database to drive sales and retention.
10. Accompany customers on VIP incentive trips and events.
11. Implement the brand's service strategy and ensure exceptional customer service.
12. Manage stock levels and anticipate product needs, negotiating special products with customers as needed.
13. Initiate and execute promotional activities in collaboration with the PR & Communications Manager.
