Vacheron Constantin Boutique Manager

- Craft a boutique environment that delivers memorable client experiences and fosters a fulfilling employee atmosphere.
- Implement a robust clienteling approach to drive ambitious and sustainable business results.
- Contribute to the brand's reputation through networking and events.
- Develop relationships with Harrods teams and initiate boutique activities.
- Drive CRM and clienteling initiatives, leading by example in building relationships with clients and prospects.
- Manage boutique operations in accordance with brand and group compliance policies.
- Represent the brand's identity and values as a Maison ambassador.
- Design the optimum organization, recruit suitable profiles, and ensure a proactive talent pipeline.
- Coach, train, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve exceptional performance.
- 4+ years of experience in retail management, preferably with high watchmaking or high-value luxury products.
- Proven track record of driving boutique performance from qualitative, quantitative, and operational perspectives.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities, with a clienteling and ultimate hospitality mindset.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local market, with familiarity with Harrods as a plus.
- Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.
4+ years of experience in retail management, preferably with high watchmaking or high-value luxury products.
