- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the brand's reputation and desirability through networking and client events.
- Cultivate relationships with Harrods' Personal Shopping and Penthouse teams to drive sales and traffic.
- Initiate and manage boutique events and partnerships to boost business performance.
- Lead CRM and clienteling initiatives, building and maintaining a VVIP client database.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure the implementation of action plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Monitor boutique performance, providing insights and reports to drive business growth.
- Uphold brand identity and act as an ambassador for Vacheron Constantin within the retail community.
- Manage boutique operations in compliance with brand and group policies.
- Design and implement team management strategies, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Foster a cohesive team spirit and drive engagement through effective leadership and communication.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in retail management, preferably in high watchmaking or luxury products.
- Proven track record in driving boutique performance across qualitative, quantitative, and operational metrics.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Clienteling and hospitality mindset with a focus on customer service.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.
A minimum of 4 years in retail management, with a preference for experience in high-value luxury products or high watchmaking.
