1. Achieve and surpass sales targets while monitoring key performance indicators to maximize boutique profitability.
2. Develop and implement strategic action plans to meet Maison and boutique sales objectives.
3. Cultivate and expand the local clientele, particularly high-value customers, with a deep understanding of client profiles.
4. Deliver expert product knowledge and communicate the rich history of the Maison.
5. Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and boutique presentation.
6. Foster strong client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives and resolve client issues effectively.
7. Initiate and participate in PR events to enhance boutique presence and brand awareness.
8. Collaborate with the CRM department to optimize outreach and maximize ROI through events.
9. Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team, ensuring professional development and performance.
10. Prepare comprehensive reports and strategic analyses to drive boutique success.
11. Manage boutique operations in accordance with Maison policies, maintaining strong partnerships with Richemont North America teams.

1. Bachelor's degree preferred

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
2. Knowledge of the local market.
3. Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.
4. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
7. Self-motivated with a collaborative team-player approach.

A minimum of 4 years in a management role, preferably within the luxury watch or high-value product sector.

Bachelor's degree preferred

Expected salary range: $115,000 - $125,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
