- Achieve and surpass sales targets while monitoring key performance indicators to maximize boutique profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic action plans to meet Maison and boutique sales objectives.
- Cultivate and expand the local clientele, particularly high-value customers, with a deep understanding of client profiles.
- Deliver expert product knowledge and communicate the rich history of the Maison.
- Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and boutique presentation.
- Foster strong client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives and resolve client issues effectively.
- Initiate and participate in PR events to enhance boutique presence and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the CRM department to optimize outreach and maximize ROI through events.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team, ensuring professional development and performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and strategic analyses to drive boutique success.
- Manage boutique operations in accordance with Maison policies, maintaining strong partnerships with Richemont North America teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative team-player approach.
A minimum of 4 years in a management role, preferably within the luxury watch or high-value product sector.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Expected salary range: $115,000 - $125,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
