- Support the Boutique Manager in creating a memorable client experience and a fulfilling employee environment.
- Contribute to the growth of the brand's reputation and desirability through networking and client events.
- Initiate boutique events and activities to boost sales and traffic.
- Monitor the local business environment and competitor activities.
- Drive and oversee CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique team.
- Develop individual relationships with clients and prospects, setting targeted action plans.
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets in line with brand objectives.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and assist in setting performance targets with relevant KPIs.
- Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual reports, providing strategic insights.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and client service.
- Manage boutique operations in compliance with brand and group policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's image and participating in PR events.
- Assist in coaching, training, and developing the sales team, fostering a positive team environment.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
- Strong understanding of CRM and clienteling strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail management or a similar role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
