1. Support the Boutique Manager in delivering an exceptional client and employee experience within the boutique.
2. Contribute to the brand's market reputation through networking and client events.
3. Initiate boutique events and partnerships to enhance sales and traffic.
4. Collaborate with the boutique team on CRM and clienteling initiatives.
5. Lead by example in developing client relationships and action plans.
6. Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets aligned with brand objectives.
7. Assist in setting performance targets and preparing strategic reports with the Boutique Manager.
8. Maintain high standards of presentation and client service.
9. Manage boutique operations in compliance with brand and group policies.
10. Act as a brand ambassador at meetings and events, enhancing brand presence.
11. Assist in coaching, training, and developing the sales team.

1. Strong experience in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
2. Proven track record in team management and development.
3. Deep knowledge of the luxury environment and client expectations.
4. Expertise in managing boutique operations and driving efficiency.
5. 10-12 years of leadership experience with excellent communication skills.
6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
7. Willingness to travel as required.
