- Support the Boutique Director in delivering an exceptional client and employee experience.
- Participate in networking activities and initiate boutique events to enhance sales and brand reputation.
- Drive and monitor CRM and clienteling initiatives, fostering relationships with clients and prospects.
- Assist in setting performance targets for the team and provide strategic analysis to achieve business goals.
- Oversee administrative tasks and prepare client analysis reports to identify local trends.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and client service, promoting the adoption of new tools and services.
- Manage boutique operations in compliance with brand policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events, enhancing the boutique's presence.
- Assist with coaching, training, and motivating the sales team.
