1. Support the Boutique Director in delivering an exceptional client and employee experience.
2. Participate in networking activities and initiate boutique events to enhance sales and brand reputation.
3. Drive and monitor CRM and clienteling initiatives, fostering relationships with clients and prospects.
4. Assist in setting performance targets for the team and provide strategic analysis to achieve business goals.
5. Oversee administrative tasks and prepare client analysis reports to identify local trends.
6. Maintain high standards of presentation and client service, promoting the adoption of new tools and services.
7. Manage boutique operations in compliance with brand policies.
8. Act as a brand ambassador at events, enhancing the boutique's presence.
9. Assist with coaching, training, and motivating the sales team.
