1. Assist the Boutique Manager in developing and managing the team to achieve sales targets through exceptional customer service.
2. Guide and manage the boutique team to enhance sales turnover in line with the boutique strategy.
3. Supervise staff adherence to discount policies and achieve key performance indicators.
4. Assist in establishing and maintaining high staff morale and effective training programs.
5. Communicate company policies and management instructions effectively to staff.
6. Serve as an alternative point of contact for customer service escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Build long-term client relationships and manage client databases.
8. Ensure proper and accurate management of stock, including reception, transfer, and inventory management.
9. Maintain high standards of boutique housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
10. Assist in the preparation of various reports, including sales turnover and customer analysis.
11. Participate actively in boutique meetings and contribute feedback and new ideas.

1. 3 – 5 years of experience in supervisory roles within the luxury retail environment.

1. Strong management and organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Fluency in written and spoken English.

3 – 5 years in supervisory positions in a luxury retail environment.
