1. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing manufacturing processes for watch glasses, hands, or appliques and establish objectives for improvement.
2. Collaborate with quality, production, and logistics teams to identify issues and propose tailored solutions.
3. Analyze the impact of machine parameters and tools on finished products.
4. Design and execute a series of production tests.
5. Propose technological advancements to enhance production processes.

1. Currently pursuing an engineering degree (Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Processes, Materials) from EPF, HES, or an equivalent institution.
2. Autonomous, proactive, and meticulous.
3. Interest in hands-on work.
4. Creative mindset with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
5. Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.

1. Advanced proficiency in French.
2. Intermediate proficiency in English.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for current students in relevant engineering programs.

Currently enrolled in an engineering program (Master's level or equivalent).
