1. Conduct an assessment of existing manufacturing processes for watch glasses, hands, or appliques and define objectives to achieve.
2. Collaborate with quality, production, and logistics teams to identify issues and propose suitable solutions.
3. Study the impact of machine parameters and tools on finished products.
4. Propose and conduct a series of production tests.
5. Suggest technological improvements.

1. Currently pursuing an engineering degree (Master's in Mechanical, Industrial Processes, Materials) or equivalent.
2. Autonomous, proactive, and meticulous.
3. Interest in fieldwork.
4. Creative mindset with analytical and synthesis capabilities.
5. Strong team spirit and good interpersonal skills.

1. Fluent in French (native or advanced level).
2. Intermediate level in English.
