- Develop and implement comprehensive brand, product, and merchandising training programs for key account stores within the designated territory.
- Maintain accurate training records for key account stores, including staff details for each session.
- Respond to specific training requests from retail partners, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Support team members with brand and link training as needed.
- Participate in external training sessions across the UK.
- Provide feedback on training materials from Tissot HQ for continuous improvement.
- Ensure point-of-sale displays and brand positioning adhere to Tissot's quality standards.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising training for key account stores.
- Assist retail partners in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Identify and maximize secondary branding opportunities at points of sale.
- Support team members with visual merchandising training.
- Provide feedback on visual merchandising materials and practices from Tissot HQ.
- Distribute marketing visuals and POS materials to stores, ensuring proper product display.
- Manage specific key account and independent store responsibilities.
- Support Territory Account Managers as necessary.
- Report weekly to the Brand Manager and Key Account Manager with training figures.
- Ensure data accuracy for the brand at all times.
- Document store visits with photographs and reports.
- Communicate new product and marketing activities to accounts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Enhance in-store presentation of the Tissot range.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand distribution points.
- Experience in visual merchandising within the luxury goods or jewellery market.
- Experience in training sales teams or consumers within the luxury goods or jewellery market.
- Artistic flair and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to independently plan workload and work effectively in the field.
Proven experience in visual merchandising and training within the luxury goods or jewellery market is essential.
