1. Assist customers with product selection and inquiries to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique to reflect the brand's luxury image.
3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
4. Support inventory management through regular stock checks and replenishment.
5. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

1. Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Proficiency in Italian and English.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales or customer service role is preferred.
