Tissot Store Design Project Leader

- Design and develop Tissot boutiques, shop-in-shops, kiosks, and pop-up stores in alignment with the brand’s design and technical guidelines.
- Create comprehensive technical drawings and 3D renders, managing project development with external agencies.
- Provide creative and technical support to local teams on Tissot retail concepts.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance standard furniture offerings with the latest trends, materials, lighting, and digital technologies.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, project managers, and retailers' technical departments to ensure design approvals within set schedules and budgets.
- Liaise with contractors and internal/external teams to control and approve construction drawings and materials, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project execution.
- Travel to significant project sites to assess build quality.
- Education in interior design, architecture, industrial design, or visual merchandising.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering (Rhinoceros 3D, VRay), technical drawings (Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD), Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator & InDesign are advantageous), Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
- Autonomous with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Attention to detail and creativity, with a willingness to propose innovative ideas.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within the design or retail environment.
Education in interior design, architecture, industrial design, or visual merchandising.
