- Oversee all U.S. sports partnerships, including on-site activation, press conferences, and brand ambassador management.
- Coordinate logistics with NBA-appointed agencies, Swiss Timing, and NBA.
- Enhance relationships with brand ambassadors.
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance to optimize the program.
- Coordinate press events, media interviews, and social media integration.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external sports agencies in partnership with the NBA.
- Coordinate PR activities and events for New York City boutique locations.
- Facilitate successful onboarding of new partners and establish key metrics for success.
- Research and stay informed on sports and influencer landscapes to innovate the program.
- Leverage insights to identify opportunities that drive business decisions around potential partnerships.
- Create presentations, reports, and information for multiple communication channels.
- Attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities on behalf of the brand.
- Secure media placements with top lifestyle and trade press.
- Manage the brand’s U.S. digital properties to grow social presence.
- Develop brand integration opportunities in top television and movie programming.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communication.
- Minimum of four years of experience in sports, athlete, or influencer marketing.
- Ability to form strategic partnerships and build interpersonal relationships.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong media contacts and relations with a record of success in securing national media placements.
- Proven experience delivering impactful results.
- Organized, responsible, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience reporting on analytics and delivering to KPIs.
- Available to travel up to 40-45%, including weekends as needed.

A minimum of four years in sports, athlete, or influencer marketing, with a proven track record of forming strategic partnerships and securing national media placements.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communication.
