3. Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
4. Ensure the boutique is visually merchandised to company standards.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
6. Participate in inventory management and stock control.

1. Native-level proficiency in Spanish.
2. Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
3. Strong understanding of the watchmaking industry.

2. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
