1. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

5. Support the boutique manager in daily operations and team coordination.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the watch or jewelry sector.
2. Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics and customer service excellence.
3. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales is required.
