Tissot Sales Supervisor

- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Support and oversee sales staff in all department stores to ensure optimal performance and discipline.
- Manage staff schedules and rotation plans monthly to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare monthly point-of-sale visits and competitor/market survey reports.
- Collaborate with other departments on sales staff issues including communication, reimbursement, leave, probation, overtime, and commission calculations.
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and selling points, and represent the brand during field visits and e-commerce activities.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand's global guidelines.
- Conduct inventory checks across all points of sale, including department stores, kiosks, pop-ups, and boutiques.
- Work with logistics to monitor inventory levels and arrange replenishments.
- Manage point-of-sale materials and visuals across all channels.
- Coordinate pop-up and roadshow activities with finance, logistics, suppliers, and buyers to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and process purchase orders for payment.
- Assist colleagues as assigned by the Brand Manager and Direct Report.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or brand management within a retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer knowledge.
- Fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with excellent analytical abilities and people management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
A minimum of 3-5 years in sales, marketing, or brand management within a retail setting is required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing is preferred.
