1. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
3. Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.
4. Support the Store Manager in driving sales initiatives and promotional activities.
5. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

1. Proven experience in a retail sales leadership role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
3. Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.
4. Proficiency in both English and French is preferred.
