- Establish a welcoming and approachable environment for clients.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Tissot's unique product range and their distinctive features.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by providing memorable experiences.
- Utilize training techniques to engage, inform, and retain a loyal client base.
- Meet and exceed sales goals consistently.
- Assist team members in the sales process according to established boutique protocols.
- Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
- Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product maintenance.
- Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client preferences for future purchases.
- 2-5 years of retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field.
- Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills.
- Elevated ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
- Robust adaptability to learn the technical aspects of Tissot's timepieces.
- Talented negotiation prowess.
- Passion for the art of selling.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
- MS Office experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong sales acumen.
- Effective communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of luxury timepieces.
- Negotiation skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
2-5 years of retail experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field.
