- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in the boutique.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Tissot products and brand heritage.
- Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and stocked at all times.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and promotions.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales role, preferably within the luxury sector.
High school diploma or equivalent.
