Tissot Sales Assistant

- Deliver impeccable face‑to‑face client service and personalised clienteling to build long‑term customer relationships and maximise sales conversion.
- Present detailed product knowledge of Tissot collections and technical features, advising clients on fit, functionality and after‑sales care.
- Drive sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling and cross‑selling while maintaining brand standards for luxury retail.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, cash handling and accurate completion of sales paperwork and returns according to company procedures.
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising, window displays and stockroom organisation to ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Support inventory processes including stock receiving, cycle counts and loss‑prevention practices.
- Assist with boutique events, client appointments and after‑sales follow up, escalating technical or warranty issues to store management.
- Proven customer‑facing experience in retail; prior exposure to luxury watches, jewellery or premium lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented demeanour and professional presentation.
- Comfortable handling transactions and basic retail administration; numerate and reliable with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Local market language proficiency and cultural fluency to engage clients effectively (Italian language skills strongly preferred).

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualifications in retail, hospitality or customer service are advantageous.
