Responsibilities
- Assist clients through personalized customer experiences.
- Represent Tissot as an ambassador, inspiring customers.
- Lead complex client requests and assist throughout the entire customer journey, including after-sales activities.
- Support operational tasks, ensure awareness of company procedures and systems, and maintain compliance.
- Take actions to maximize sales opportunities across all categories.
- Drive results by delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years in a retail sales assistant role.
Skills
- High skill set in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
