1. 3 to 4 years of experience in a retail sales assistant role.

1. High skill set in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish.
4. Strong work ethic with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
