- Greet clients and conduct sales ceremonies in line with customer experience standards.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Adjust watch bracelets to fit customers.
- Open and close the cash register.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Execute merchandising flawlessly.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the boutique.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Engage actively in meetings and various training sessions.
- Adhere to brand guidelines including dress code, work schedule, and security protocols.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in watch retail.
- Customer-oriented with excellent hospitality skills.
- Team player with the ability to foster a pleasant working relationship.
- Positive, motivated, and dynamic personality with multitasking capabilities.
- Reliable and serious demeanor.
A minimum of three years in sales, ideally within the watch industry, is required.
