Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and conduct sales ceremonies according to customer experience standards.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Adjust watch bracelets.
- Open and close the cash register.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Execute merchandising perfectly.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the store.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Actively participate in meetings and various training sessions.
- Adhere to brand guidelines (dress code, work schedule, security).
Qualifications
- Customer-oriented with excellent hospitality skills.
- Team player with the ability to create a pleasant working relationship.
- Positive, motivated, and dynamic personality with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Reliable and serious.
Skills
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Knowledge of any other language is an asset.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in watch sales.
