1. Deliver exceptional customer service and leadership on the sales floor.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of client outreach initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
3. Support daily store operations and assist management in achieving sales and customer service goals.
4. Lead and motivate the team to ensure successful completion of operational tasks and procedures.
5. Execute opening and closing routines with precision.
6. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized service and clienteling efforts.
7. Provide superior after-sale service and maintain detailed client records.
8. Utilize product knowledge to offer exceptional service and build customer relationships.
9. Greet customers in a professional and personable manner.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder position, preferably in luxury retail.
3. Strong background in luxury retail jewelry and timepieces.
4. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and deliver superior customer service.
5. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
7. Demonstrated professionalism and friendly demeanor.
8. Basic computer literacy.
9. Bilingual skills are a plus.

3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder role, with a preference for luxury retail experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

$19-$23 per hour, plus commission based on experience.
