- Deliver exceptional customer service and leadership on the sales floor.
- Implement client outreach initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
- Assist in daily store operations and support management in achieving sales and customer service goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of associates to ensure successful operational tasks and procedures.
- Execute opening and closing routines while prioritizing customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized service and networking.
- Provide superior after-sale service and maintain client records for future purchases.
- Assist team members in the sales process following established boutique protocols.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder position, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong background in luxury retail jewelry and timepieces.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and deliver superior customer service.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to multi-task.
- Bilingual capabilities are an advantage.

3-5 years of experience in a Keyholder position, preferably in luxury retail.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
