5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and customer expectations.
3. Proficiency in Polish and English.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role is required.
