1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

4. Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
5. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the brand's image.
