1. Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.
2. Perform sales activities and assist walk-in customers.
3. Follow up on sales calls with potential customers.
4. Introduce and upsell new products to customers.
5. Handle customer inquiries related to watch repairs.
6. Maintain store and showcase cleanliness and organization.
7. Ensure stock display aligns with brand guidelines.
8. Follow guidelines on stock and cash control documentation.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
2. Experience in watch retail is a plus but not necessary.
3. Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
