1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Train, mentor, and supervise sales staff to enhance performance.
5. Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
6. Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
