Tissot Assistant Manager

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales and ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise sales staff to enhance performance.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
