1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Train, mentor, and supervise sales staff to enhance performance.
5. Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
6. Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury or watch industry.
