Tissot Affiliate Partnership Manager

- Oversee all U.S. sports partnerships including on-site activation, press conferences, brand ambassador management, and media tours.
- Coordinate logistics with NBA appointed Agency, Swiss Timing, and NBA.
- Enhance relationships with brand ambassadors.
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance to optimize the program.
- Coordinate press events, media interviews, and social media integration.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external sports agencies and partners.
- Coordinate partnership activities and events for boutique locations.
- Facilitate successful onboarding of new partners and establish key metrics.
- Research and stay informed on sports and influencer landscapes.
- Initiate and maintain communication with corporate partners and stakeholders.
- Leverage insights to identify opportunities for business decisions.
- Create presentations and reports for communication channels.
- Attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Secure media placements and lead strategy for media attention.
- Manage U.S. digital properties to grow social presence.
- Develop brand integration opportunities in television and movies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communication.
- Minimum of four years of experience in sports, athlete, or influencer marketing.
- Ability to form strategic partnerships and build interpersonal relationships.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong media contacts and relations.
- Proven experience delivering impactful results.
- Organized, responsible, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience reporting on analytics and delivering to KPIs.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Available to travel up to 40-45%.
Minimum of four years of experience in sports, athlete, or influencer marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communication.
