3. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the retail network.
5. Drive engagement and enhance brand presence during jewelry events.
6. Coordinate the preparation and distribution of product launch materials.
7. Partner with cross-functional teams to manage inventory effectively.
8. Establish sales targets and monitor performance, providing detailed analyses and recommendations.
9. Create and oversee a learning strategy for retail staff and internal teams.
10. Lead the Watch Ambassador Community and support training for events.

1. Over 10 years of experience in business development and/or luxury retail.
2. Significant experience within the watch and jewelry industry.
3. Strategic and commercial thinking abilities.
4. Strong communication skills and team-building capabilities.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to analyze and react quickly.
6. Deep knowledge of local network specificities.
