- Develop and execute the South Asia Pacific High Jewelry and Client Relations strategy in collaboration with the Zone President and global teams.
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of client activations and experiences, both in-store and virtual.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with high-net-worth clients through exceptional events and experiences.
- Serve as a client-facing expert to address technical questions and assist in closing sales at High Jewelry events.
- Deliver strategic insights and thought leadership at regional conferences and stakeholder meetings.
- Provide input on High Jewelry assortments for in-store and event collections.
- Drive partnership initiatives to identify and cultivate new High Jewelry clients.
- Define and implement a client treatment program focusing on VIP experiences and gifts.
- Collaborate with the Global Client Relations team to align regional strategies with global objectives.
- Manage and optimize the South Asia Pacific Client Relations calendar and budget.
- Lead and inspire the Client Relations team, ensuring clarity of vision and strategic alignment.
- Assess and support team members in skill development and performance improvement.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, specifically in High Jewelry.
- Proven track record in client relationship building and strategic execution.
- Strong understanding of client demographics and market trends.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
- Gemologist Certification strongly preferred.
