1. Develop and execute the South Asia Pacific High Jewelry and Client Relations strategy in collaboration with the Zone President and global teams.
2. Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of client activations and experiences, both in-store and virtual.
3. Cultivate and enhance relationships with high-net-worth clients through exceptional events and experiences.
4. Serve as a client-facing expert to address technical questions and assist in closing sales at High Jewelry events.
5. Deliver strategic insights and thought leadership at regional conferences and stakeholder meetings.
6. Provide input on High Jewelry assortments for in-store and event collections.
7. Drive partnership initiatives to identify and cultivate new High Jewelry clients.
8. Define and implement a client treatment program focusing on VIP experiences and gifts.
9. Collaborate with the Global Client Relations team to align regional strategies with global objectives.
10. Manage and optimize the South Asia Pacific Client Relations calendar and budget.
11. Lead and inspire the Client Relations team, ensuring clarity of vision and strategic alignment.
12. Assess and support team members in skill development and performance improvement.

1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, specifically in High Jewelry.
2. Proven track record in client relationship building and strategic execution.
3. Strong understanding of client demographics and market trends.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
6. Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
9. Gemologist Certification strongly preferred.
