- Support the Global Digital Commerce 'Voice of Customer' (VoC) Program.
- Analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance and eCommerce health globally, integrating market analysis, data-driven insights, and user research findings to inform design strategy.
- Conduct and analyze user research using various qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Present customer and user insights to regional stakeholders and collaborate on ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful application of Digital Commerce insights (UX & VoC).
- Develop recurring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) to support various stakeholders.
- Explore opportunities with current or future vendors to enhance Digital Commerce programs.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree or a 2025 graduate in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Social Science, Anthropology, Human Factors or related fields.
- Existing exposure to UX research and strategy is preferred.
- Clear communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Organized work style and dedication to user-centricity.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Curiosity about design thinking and skill enhancement.
Beginner level experience in UX research and strategy is ideal.
Pursuing an undergraduate degree or a 2025 graduate in relevant fields.
$25 per hour.
