- Assist in developing and delivering communications related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Support the planning, promotion, and implementation of employee well-being programs.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of compensation and benefits data through regular audits.
- Conduct market research on compensation and benefits trends to support program development.
- Create and distribute reports on compensation and benefits data.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and market research
Beginner level experience in a related field is required.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
