1. Assist in developing and delivering communications related to compensation and benefits programs.
2. Support the planning, promotion, and implementation of employee well-being programs.
3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of compensation and benefits data through regular audits.
4. Conduct market research on compensation and benefits trends to support program development.
5. Create and distribute reports on compensation and benefits data.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Experience with data analysis and market research

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
