1. Collaborate with management, tool room staff, and internal customers to make sound technical decisions.
2. Fabricate samples to support new product development.
3. Partner with the Toolroom Manager to ensure daily production capabilities and address concerns to management.
4. Engage in hands-on Toolroom activities related to new product development and production implementation.
5. Set up and operate manual and CNC milling machines.
6. Propose continuous improvement opportunities to minimize labor and reduce costs.
7. Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
8. Build partnerships across departments to enhance efficiency and create a supportive work environment.
9. Consistently follow safe work procedures and report all incidents and safety issues promptly.

1. Technical proficiency in tooling and toolroom processes.
2. Ability to read and understand technical prints.
3. High school diploma or GED.
4. Intermediate English reading and writing skills.
5. Basic math skills.
6. Ability to train, motivate, and provide direction.
7. Basic computer skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
