- Welcome clients warmly to create an exemplary luxury experience that enhances service and sales.
- Utilize storytelling to share knowledge of Tiffany's heritage and inspire clients.
- Deliver a knowledgeable and curated experience for each client.
- Attend to the needs of clients, directing them throughout The Landmark to ensure Tiffany's standards are met.
- Engage in bespoke conversations to discern client needs and partner them with the appropriate Client Advisor.
- Support hospitality, tours, and selling events, including door coverage and elevator operation.
- Manage floor waiting lists and execute best practices to enhance in-store experience.
- Communicate potential service issues to management promptly.
- Share client interactions and brand impressions with management.
- Foster collaboration and thrive in a team environment.
- Support company initiatives and demonstrate agility in adapting to change.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality or museums.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality or museums.
A college/university degree with a focus on fine or performing arts is desired. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $19.72 - $26.68 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
